Email notification when another user comments on an idea in JEDI

After you have submitted an idea other users have the chance to comment on it.The only way to check these comments is to go through your ideas manually. The Jade Forums and other Idea portals email you when someone comments on your post so it would be nice if we had this same functionality. It could also apply if you vote on an idea or have commented on the idea

The other thing I see is that it seems not all developers have a chance to vote on an idea. For example I see some company names as the "Submitted by " it doesn't seem fair that the company only gets 1 vote when there could be many more Jade Developers that an idea might effect. I feel like you would get a better picture of how many developers would find an idea useful if you opened this up to individuals.
