I think it would be ideal to show a list of changes, across all schemas for a particular developer in a date range. This would be a good confirmation tool to ensure everything that was changed during prototyping is considered when finalising code. There might be other reasons for other organisations such as manually tracking changes made for a project, or jogging ones memory for a time sheet.

Granted there is the changes extract option but this has the issues where you still need to view the schema extract and figure out what actually was changed. Also you only get to select one schema. I believe this also looks at the modification date? So what if someone else has changed that method on the same day?
