Move 'Check Out Methods' from Advance Load Options to Load Options dialog
Currently, to check out methods when a delta is set, the user needs to click on the Advanced button on the 'Load Options' form and check the box 'Check Out Methods' in the 'Advanced Load Options' form.
We use deltas a lot and, if a delta is set, then having this check box enabled and set by default (when a delta is set) on the 'Load Options' screen rather than on the 'Advanced Load Options' form would :
- reduce the risk of NOT setting the check out methods option and loading methods without having previewed changes (and unwittingly undoing existing patches)
- reduce the screens having to be traversed.
