New methods created when in a delta should not be in patch extracts

If you are in a delta and add a method to a class when you do the patch extracts this method is extracted blank if the method has not been checked in. This caused an issue on site recently because a developer subclassed a method (actually it was a click event on a button) this didn't put an inheritMethod. So when we extracted the patch the click event had no code in it so the button didn't do anything anymore when I think it shouldn't have been extracted at all because it was not checked in.

You have phrased this as a bug, not a new feature, and I am inclined to agree. I have raised a contact in parsys for you, as I think more information will be needed.

The other thing with this is that when you undo a new method when in a delta it does not delete the method. So I'm hoping that this potential fix would also cover this issue.
