Add a 'Detach debugger' option to the Jade User Interrupt

From a consistency of work-flow perspective, it would be nice if there was a 'Detach debugger' option on the Jade User interrupt that is a 'partner' to the existing 'Attach debugger' option.

Your JEDI has been considered by our Review Panel and was not approved for inclusion in a future release of JADE. The panel felt that the benefits did not justify the costs.
