Batch interface to define JADE Environment Settings

As we do a lot of qualification work with JADE Environments and are setting up and tearing down lots of environments, we would like a command line facility to set up system-wide options like :
- Enable / Disable patch control - global
- Set Up Patch Number - enabling/disabling patch versioning by schema, setting patch numbers
- JADE Installation Preferences - global
- User preferences

Yes yes yes. It gets tedious having to setup each environment as I use it. Importing preferences helps, but having it set for me automatically would be better.

    The ability to preserve the various browser window settings (size and position) for my signon and be able to import into every IDE would be great. Either using Export/Import User Preferences or via ini file settings.
