JEDI's scrollbar going to the top

While creating a new JEDI idea if the text exceeds the window for 'Describe your idea and its benefits', it will keep scrolling to the top every time you press a key. This includes the shift key.

Can this please be fixed? Or is this an intended feature to slow us down when creating new ideas?

It also does the same annoying scrolling behaviour when typing in a large comment.
