Database path in Painter title bar

Can the database path (and perhaps the user ID) be displayed in the title bar of the Painter and Form Wizard in a similar fashion to the IDE and JADE Monitor?

It would also be good if the background colour for the main painter frame/form could use background colour defined on the Window tab of the IDE's Preferences dialog.
