Jump to a specific line in the method by entering the line number

Like the Ctr+G feature offered by Notepad++, user is able to jump to a specific line by entering the line number. The feature can be automatically enabled if the line numbers are made viewable.
This feature brings convenience when user wants to jump to a particular part (noted by line number) of the method that has 1000s lines of code.
