Add "Reorg now" button to the "XXX Schema has been versioned" dialog

Just a time-saving thing - often I change the structure of a class and want to immediately run the reorg. It would be nice if the dialog telling me that the schema had been versioned also had an additional button to initiate running the reorg immediately.

This JEDI has been reviewed and declined as it was felt that reorgs have a significant impact on larger development shops and maintaining a two step approached reduces the possibility of accidental disruption.
