I had logged in to JEDI. I don't recall whether I did this from the home screen or the 'Add a new idea' screen. I created a couple of new ideas. They have been assigned to Guest.
This idea has been created after logging in via the 'Add a new idea' screen. It also has been assigned to Guest!
