Granularity on which exceptions provide mini dumps and which are full dumps

At the moment we can configure CardSchema to provide full stack dumps or mini stack dumps. This is an all or nothing setting.

It would be useful to have a way to specify which exceptions we want a full dump for, and which exceptions a mini dump will do.

We have recently turned on mini dumps for all exceptions due to transient leak concerns (arising from mapping methods that return transients), but this makes it hard to fully diagnose issues.

We can turn on full dumps briefly to get the information, but this leads to transient leak concerns again.

If we could specify certain exceptions to give full dumps while the rest of the exceptions are mini, we could briefly turn on full dumps for the specific exception codes while avoiding the transient leak concerns for the rest of the system.

If you have a Parsys logon you may want to put this in as an NFS forthe JADECare Start product (aka CardSchema) as JEDI is for improvement suggestions for the Jade Platform.
