Implement the standard keyboard shortcut to swap to specific "tabs"

A number of applications have added support for multiple tabs, such as web browsers, notepad tools, and Windows File Explorer in later Windows releases. The Jade IDE also has this concept for the open MDI child forms, when that option is turned on in the preferences.

It would be nice if the Jade IDE could follow the standard keyboard shortcut for opening specific tabs as per the following:

Ctrl+1 to select the first tab
Ctrl+2 to select the 2nd tab
...
Ctrl+8 to select the 8th tab
Ctrl+9 to select the 9th tab**

Of course, this will need to be an opt in feature if users want the Jade IDE to have the standard shortcut combination for selecting specific tabs, as the Jade IDE already uses keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+1 through Ctrl+7 for existing functionality. Users who opt for the standard shortcut for tabs would then use a "shift" modifier for the current functionality, and existing users who prefer to keep the current Jade IDE shortcuts as is would use the "shift" modified versions for tab selection.

** For some apps, Ctrl+9 always selects the very last tab, however far down the list that last tab may be including if it is actually at tab 8 or less. Personally, I prefer this option as a quick way to select the very last tab, as I seldom have more than 8 tabs open anyway.
