More flexible licencing structure
The current licencing structure is a bit too rigid and fails with systems that have a flexible number of uses i.e. more staff signed in during the xmas period.
Suggestion invoicing for total used licencing on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis with the number of users not limited as they currently are ? i.e. an upfront fee based on estimated expected licences needed, then an invoice for any supplementary licences used. I understand Microsoft may use a similar structure.
