IDE Preference to have confirmation dialog when using Window -> Close All MDI Forms
For those of us who run with a Dvorak keyboard layout, if you are out by one key position and intended to do a 'Method -> References' via Alt+M, R you end up doing an Alt+W, L which is the accelerator for 'Window -> Close All MDI Forms' which immediately closes all your open windows rather than the intended showing of references to the current method.
It would be nice if there was a user preference option to query if you want to close all open windows, so that you have the opportunity to cancel the 'close all' request on those occasions where it was accidentally invoked by a misplaced hand position.
