New DbFile method with option to compact a mapfile .dat content, _udr.dat content, or both
When migrating documents in a repository map file from Blobs to JadeBytes, a compact operation to reclaim the free space in the .dat file wants to also compact the new _udr.dat file. In this case it is unnecessary, and sometimes requires large amounts of disk. For example, there needs to be sufficient space for the original ~120GB .dat, the new ~110GB _udr, the ~10GB .reo and the ~110GB _udr.reo.
