Be able to view all registered licences in a database
A primary, secondary or RPS licence could be applied increasing the process count but only be applied to one of the several databases. This means that when a negotiated takeover is performed or a reclone of the primary as a secondary or RPS, that the licence being used for the database role is not correct.
We need some way of being able to audit that the licence details for all licences registered are the same to avoid licence restriction issues during a takeover/reclone
