More options for loading .jcf file

Currently it seems that it's only possible to load a Jade Command File using jadloadb. This therefore involves usually creating a batch file with appropriate command line arguments to locate the database path, INI file, and the JCF file.

It would be nice if it were possible to:

1. Use jadload to load a JCF file to avoid the need to create a batch file
2. Load a JCF from the development environment
3. Add a JCF file to a MUL file (multiple schema extract) so that the JCF could be loaded as part of a full schema load.

Brilliant idea. Sometimes when doing a Jade Extract from the development environment it will create a JCF. So for consistency reasons option 2 should be definitely there?
