Rearranging Non-Hierarchy Browser Windows

In Jade 2018 there is the ability to rearrange the four panels of the class hierachy browser (class list, properties, methods, source) to your own preference rather than always having the source in a short horizontal panel at the bottom.

It would be useful if this feature could be used across other child windows in the IDE where the window is split into multiple panels - for example the Interface Browser and References List.

In both of these examples, the use of screen space is inefficient when there is a large volume of interfaces or references. If developers have the option to rearrange the panels to create more space it would be much easier to navigate. See the external functions browser for an example of what it might look like in this state.

It would also be important to allow the layout to be saved as the default for each window type (again as per the hierarchy browser) to avoid having to repeat the process of rearranging the panels.
