Retain current position in property list when refreshing following an update.

Currently, when you make changes (in my case, I was just protecting a group of properties), the property list box is reset to the top position after each change, forcing us to scroll back to where we were in the list (painful when the lists are large).

This is essentially the same idea as #271, except that it's for updates, and will increase developer productivity in a similar manner.  I've not checked the other kinds of lists, but the same principle should be applied elsewhere for other list boxes which don't already retain the current position on refresh/update.

The problem does seem to be intermittent, sometimes scrolling just a little, but certainly seeing cases of it resetting to the top.  There's no need to scroll the list box to centre the property, any jumping around is a distraction.

    Also similar to #106

When I do this it always retains the currently selected entry in the list, rather than reverting to the top of the property list after Ok'ing on the Property Change dialog.  Sometimes it may move the scrolled position of the property list such that the selected entry is now centered in the list, but it never resets to the top of the list and it always retains the property that I just changed as the selected entry in the list ready to use up/down arrow to move to the prior/next entry in the list. The only time I see it resetting to the top is in pre-Jade2018 systems when doing the remove of a property.
