Summary
At the moment, the theme of the IDE is customisable, however there is only a single default theme which must be manually configured, an element at a time.
A common feature in other IDEs such as Visual Studio, PyCharm and Eclipse is the ability to select from a list of predefined themes, especially a dark theme, which is particularly popular with users who struggle with excessive brightness.
Proposal
Add a combo-box to the preferences dialog window with which a user can select from a number of predefined themes. These would be combinations of Skin + Editor Preferences + Window Preferences.
This list could initially have only standard and dark themes (dark theme being the most commonly asked-for) and then extended over time.
