Remove confusing SSL application server port configuration

It would be nice to get rid of the separate SSLSecurePort ini file parameter.

The appServerPort command line or AppServerPort ini file settings should be sufficient to configure the port.

When RPCEncryptionEnabled=true SSL is enabled.

    I agree 100%. That setting, in fact, the whole collection of them, are already scheduled for deimplementation. I am working as fast as I can :)
