An IDE option to show the milliseconds part of a TimeStamp would be useful when debugging.
I recently ran into an issue where two TimeStamps appeared, when inspected, to be identical, but their milliseconds were different, causing confusion.

Yes please - it will save me from having to write hacky overrides of the
displaymethod on objects, just to re-format the timestamp string.
