Remove confusing SSL application server port configuration
It would be nice to get rid of the separate SSLSecurePort ini file parameter. The appServerPort command line or AppServerPort ini file settings should be sufficient to configure the port. When RPCEncryptionEnabled=true SSL is enabled.

Show activity to transient db overflow file in Monitor

Show more internal info on Monitor Call Stack Analysis
It would be nice if Call Stack Analysis showed what the process was waiting for, like waiting for a queued lock, file IO, external function, interpreter etc.
