Scrap/scribble or notes by patch Merged

Something I have found useful in another IDE is when they have a place to write notes. I've found it useful for desk checking and writing follow up notes for bugs. Usually not exactly code specific.

I think some type of place to scribble, by patch would be useful within Jade so if I have to come back to a patch in a few weeks time I don't need to fetch those notes (either on paper or file.)

The idea about the TODO notes (#147) is a better fit where the IDE could help with the basic need of a to-do list. Beyond that, any notes/reminders and other information about about work items would ideally be stored in external systems that are design for that (i.e. TFS & other issue trackers). This is an example of something for which a reusable IDE extension framework could be used, so we can plugin the support needed to make external systems we use more accessible from within the IDE.
