It'd be useful if the Painter provided a combo box for the 'skinCategoryName' property so we can quickly & accurately select a category for the skin currently selected, without needing to remember them all.

This will make it a lot easier for skin creators to introduce new categories without needing to make everyone else aware, as they'll be shown what's available by the painter.

The combo box should still allow any category name to be entered, but it'd be useful if there was something to indicate the category was invalid in the context of the skin currently selected.

The list of categories available should be derived from the control skins applicable to the selected control, not all possible categories (which may not have been associated with a control).
