Option to use 'stretch' rather than 'tile' to support 'gradients' in skin elements
With some of the newer skin designs being created, there are often colour gradients being designed for things like title bars, status lines, buttons, etc. It would be nice when creating a skin to be able to indicate you want the topStrip/leftStrip/rightStrip/bottomStrip/innerImage to be 'stretched' to fill the width/height area rather than the current behaviour of always using 'tiling' to fill the area.
