The "Changed Methods" only works if you were the last developer changing this. It doesn't cover if you made a change within your date range and you were not the last to compile the method.
Can the "Changed Methods" function work if you have made a change no matter who was the last to compile the method?

Nice idea, especially when you have multiple team members working on features in similar areas of your application. In the interim, if you have method history enabled you may be able to write a JadeScript to scan the meta-data and work out methods with you as the last to compile during the time frame and via the method history find any methods you compiled during that time frame but which someone else has subsequently recompiled.
