Array support in .NET import

Currently array types in .NET components are imported as JadeDotNetType and you have to use hacky things like jadeDotNetMethod to get array items.

It would be nice if arrays were supported by the .NET import feature.

I submitted this as an NFS in 2009 (#51987 and #52700).

We have had to deal with this issue on more than one occasion too, so to see it handled better would definitely be advantageous.
