Fix JEDI bug in that clicking away from a new idea dialog closes the dialog!

A particularly annoying problem with JEDI is that I can be typing a new idea and accidentally click outside the dialog and it immediately closes without warning, thus losing all the brilliant ideas I've typed!

Yes, that is particularly frustrating. So much so that I've now reverted to typing my suggestions in a 'desktop app' instead, and then copy & paste it into JEDI when I've finished formulating my suggestion.
