Option to allow logon to the IDE with same user ID multiple times

Currently the Jade IDE blocks you from logging onto the IDE with the same usercode multiple times without any obvious reason why this needs to be blocked. It would be nice if there was an option to allow you to logon with the same usercode multiple times, especially for those of us with multiple monitors who want to run a separate IDE maximised on each monitor as their standard working environment, or have a 2nd environment handy to reference something while you're part way through some modal dialog process in your other IDE.

It'd also be nice if we could had a server-only INI setting to suppress the logon dialog altogether, with the windows domain\username for the presentation client being supplied to DSL's via the existing hook when a new Jade IDE session is started (without a password). To support scenarios where individuals still need the ability to logon with a particular user name (i.e. a privileged account) - a command line option could be added to jade.exe, which re-enables the logon dialog.
