Hundreds of methods may be checked-out when adding a new feature using a Delta.
As a good number may have had no changes (and are highlighted as a Light Gray) it would be useful to be able to select multiple rows and execute Check-Out.

Similarly there may be several new classes added and all their methods could be multi-selected and Check-In.

The rest could then be reviewed one-by-one with a Check-In / Check-Out option used for each or by using the Check-In/Check-Out in the Delta definition.
