Situations arise where a secondary, while still active, is actually inoperative, and needs to be re-seeded.

Conceptually, the operational result would be the equivalent of performing an updating backup over the existing primary-secondary network connection to a staging location on the secondary system, followed by removing (or renaming as 'bad') the current database files and placing and instantiating the new database files.

The re-seed could be initiated from the secondary (pull) or from the primary (push).

This would be a fantastic capability, enabling direct and efficient restoration of a problem DR site.
