After using Zendesk logging a fault in Parsys seems like going back to the dark ages. It is nice to be able to write then insert a screenshot but when adding an Entry into Parsys you can only write text and then you need to either attach a new document on trying to explain the issue or say something like "refer to image abc.png"
JADE is not the only product within PARSYS and the functionality therein is more than adequate for some products with one or two team members.
